Sameen Oboudiyat is an Associate at the firm’s Philadelphia office where she works with the Special Investigations & Fraud team. She began her career at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC as an Associate in 2025.
In 2025, Sameen graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. During her time at Temple, Sameen was a part of the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program. Formerly, she worked as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Mia Roberts Perez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as an Intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Paralegal at a firm in Philadelphia. She was also an Americorps Member with City Year Philadelphia.
In 2020, Sameen graduated from Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (with an emphasis in Justice, Law, and Values), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and minors in Ethics and Women’s Studies. In her spare time, Sameen enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
