Maggie is an associate with the firm’s first party property, auto claims, insurance coverage, and civil rights teams. She started her career as an associate at Bennett, Bricklin and Saltzburg LLC in late 2025.
Maggie graduated magna cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University in 2020, with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and minors in Gender Studies and Art History. Maggie earned her Juris Doctorate from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2023. During her time in law school, Maggie received honors for Outstanding Oral Advocacy in the Trial Advocacy program and was chosen to participate in the law school’s selective State Judicial Clerkship Honors Program. In addition to her studies, she worked on the “Find Rashid” practicum, which brought the missing persons case of Rashid Young to light and resulted in the successful homicide prosecution of his killer. At graduation, Maggie was recognized as a Fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Honor Society for her dedication to public service work. Upon graduating, Maggie completed a two-year clerkship for Justice Kevin Dougherty in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Maggie is a third-generation attorney, granddaughter of the late U.S. District Judge William J. Nealon and daughter of Judge Terrence Nealon in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Outside of the law, Maggie’s varied interests include thrift shopping, musical theater, horror movies, going to the gym, and exploring the city.
