Before joining the non-profit sector, N’Jameh spent more than a dozen years leading compliance and legal services teams at Willis Towers Watson, The Vanguard Group, and the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corp.
N’Jameh’s passion is to use her skills, resources, and influence to propel vulnerable populations forward in an impactful way. She serves as a Committee Member or Board Member for several organizations, including the Malvern Preparatory School, Phoenixville Community Health Foundation, 100 Women of Phoenixville, Taylor Tabernacle, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc – Valley Forge Alumnae Chapter.
Outside of the office, N’Jameh is an avid reader, enjoys long treks on local nature trails (such as Schuylkill River Trail and Valley Forge National Park), and loves traveling to new places (especially those with a beautiful beach). Above all else, N’Jameh cherishes quality time with her husband, three sons, and extended family.
