Zach Fenstemaker is a member at the firm’s Pittsburgh office who concentrates his practice on automobile, premises and other general liability matters. Throughout his legal career, Zach has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts, including personal injury cases, workers’ compensation litigation, corporate law matters, commercial real estate litigation and contract disputes. Importantly, Zach consistently achieves successful results for his clients in arbitrations, hearings and jury trials. Prior to joining Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, Zach worked as a litigation associate at a mid-size firm in Pittsburgh where he honed his written and oral advocacy skills.
Zach received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from John Carroll University in 2007 where he graduated cum laude. While at John Carroll, Zach received the KPMG Excellency in Accounting Scholarship.
In 2010, Zach earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was a member of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. In law school, Zach gained valuable experience interning for the Honorable Debra Todd, Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Zach is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
Outside of work, Zach—who has no musical or artistic talent—enjoys playing sports and spending time with his friends and family. As an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, Zach maintains a “healthy” disdain for most non-Pittsburgh teams.
