Congratulations to BBS Associate Reena Palanivel on Defense Verdict

Congratulations to BBS associate, Reena Palanivel, for a successful verdict in a recent Jury Trial in Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.  This trial was an appeal from arbitration where the arbitrators awarded the plaintiff $20,000 for pain and suffering. At trial, despite the defendant stipulating to liability, the jury found there was no factual cause relating the defendant’s negligence to the plaintiff’s alleged injuries.  Therefore, the jury did not award the plaintiff any damages for pain and suffering. Congratulations Reena!
