Warren F. Sperling is a member of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC and served as Managing Attorney from 2014-2022. He obtained his J.D. from Widener University Law School in 1982. He started at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC after his graduation from law school and was elected a member in the firm in 1987. From 2014-2022, Warren was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®[i]

From the firm’s Philadelphia office, Warren leads the firm’s Construction Litigation and Premises Liability team, although Warren’s practice also focuses in a variety of general liability litigation matters, including products liability. Warren and his team have been involved in the representation of a metal building manufacturer relating to claims against it arising out of building collapses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The cases have provided significant experience in the application of the economic loss doctrine, as well as the application of the BOCA Code and Metal Building Manufacturers Association Manual.

Warren has devoted time to litigating issues pertaining to the interrelationship between the motor vehicle insurance laws of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has argued such matters in trial and appellate courts in both states.

If there is one aspect of Warren's practice which takes precedence over all others, it is the idea that a successful outcome at trial is only possible if the attorney and client develop an appropriate theory of the case. Trial preparation and significant contact with the client prior to trial are the keys to this strategy.
