Victoria M. Komarnicki is a 1981 graduate of Temple University’s Beasley’s School of Law. In 1991, she joined Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC as an associate and in January 1997 she was elected a member. She defends serious personal injury cases, including automobile, defamation, premises, products liability and insurance breach of contract and bad faith claims.
Vicky enjoys analyzing cases with complicated medical and legal issues. She approaches trial with enthusiasm and believes each step in the defense of a case should be taken with a trial strategy in mind. She believes that if a case is well-prepared for trial, it will be won, or a favorable settlement will be achieved once her opponent realizes that the defense is serious about trying the case. From 2010-2013 and 2016-2023 Vicky was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®[i]. In 2019 she was named to the Top 50: Women Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® List.
