Nicholas Kowalchuk is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he is a member of the workers’ compensation department. He focuses his practice on the defense of employers and insurance companies. Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Bartels of the Mercer County Superior Court in both the Criminal and Chancery Divisions.
In 2022, Nick received his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. In 2019, Nick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science with a minor in legal studies from the University of Delaware.
In his free time, you can find Nick playing and watching basketball, cooking, or spending time with his friends and family.
