Margo DiBruno is an associate at the firm’s Philadelphia office where she works with the Bad Faith and Insurance Coverage team. She began her career at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC as a summer associate in 2019.

Margo graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, where she received a bachelor of science in business administration in legal studies and a bachelor of arts in political science. She was an Honors Fellows, community service chair of the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, and president and secretary of the Pre-Law Society.

Margo received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law just outside of Philadelphia, PA. During law school, Margo interned at the Philadelphia County District Attorney’s Office and had a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Arnold New in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She was also a research assistant for Professor Tammy Etheridge and a study hall monitor for the Villanova undergraduate athletes. Margo was also a student attorney in the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, helping a local community garden create a safety manual and sell produce at local farmers’ markets.

While at Villanova, Margo served as the solicitation coordinator for the Public Interest Fellowship Program and Associate Editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Upon graduation, she received the Dorothy Day Award for her commitment to pro bono service during law school.

Upon graduation, Margo worked as a clerk in Camden County, New Jersey, first for the Honorable Judge Schuck in criminal division, then the Honorable Judge Polanksy in civil division and the Honorable Judge Fox in criminal division, and finally the Honorable Judge Bernardin in family division. Margo then worked at a mid-sized Philadelphia law firm in the Casualty Department, focusing on construction, premises liability, property damage, and motor vehicle claims against a facilities maintenance corporation. Margo then returned to Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg, LLC.

Outside of work, Margo enjoys reading more books than she should, running long miles and races, traveling to every corner of the United States, and pestering her beloved cats, partner, and family, in no particular order.
