Holly Sigman is an associate at the Philadelphia office of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC. She is assigned to the firm's Special Investigations and Fraud team. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she clerked for the civil Magistrates at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. She then went on to work as an associate at a firm in Maryland where she specialized in Special Investigations and defending carriers against bad faith claims. Ms. Sigman also routinely assists clients on insurance coverage matters, including but not limited to claims involving hit and runs, jump-in passengers, arson, personal property theft/mysterious disappearance of jewelry, and vehicle thefts by securing the Examination Under Oath of the insured(s).
Ms. Sigman is a member of the D.C., Maryland, and Pennsylvania Bar. She obtained her B.S. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2019. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in 2022. During law school, she interned with the criminal division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee in Chattanooga and Judge Bill Ailor, a trial court judge in Knoxville, Tennessee.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and two golden retrievers.
