Robert Grolnick is a member with the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team. He also concentrates his practice in general commercial litigation, representing businesses, insurance companies and private individuals in a wide range of litigation matters.

Robert is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He has litigated trials and arbitrations in the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has argued appellate cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, obtaining favorable results for his clients.

Robert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he made Dean’s List six of eight semesters and graduated from the school's University Honors Program. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where he was Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.

Robert is the published author of the article, "National Mining Association v. EPA: Industry Breathes a Sigh of Relief over the Determination of a Site’s Potential to Emit Pollutants under the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990", at 8 Vill. Envtl. L.J. 519 (1997). He is a member of the Golden Key National Academic Honor Society, the Phi Rho Sigma Academic Honor Society and the Gamma Sigma Alpha Academic Honor Society. Robert is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Litigation Division and the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. He is a former member of the Deer Creek Homeowners Association Board of Directors.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing guitar, running, biking and rooting for Philadelphia’s sports teams.
