Edward J. Bradley, Jr. is a member of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC and chair of its Special Investigation and Fraud team. A native of Philadelphia, Ed attended Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut graduating in May 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. From 1987 through 1990, Ed was a high school English teacher for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Ed received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1994. While at Widener, Ed was appointed a board member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, Widener's law review and was named to the Moot Court Honor Society.

After graduation, Ed joined the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office as an assistant district attorney. While with the District Attorney's Office, Ed was assigned to the Major Crimes Unit. He was responsible for prosecuting major criminal cases including attempted murder, aggravated assault, armed robbery, kidnapping, carjacking, arson and drug trafficking. Ed was responsible for all aspects of prosecution including pretrial investigation, pretrial motions, trial of the case, post-verdict motions and sentencing.

In December 1997, Ed joined the offices of Britt, Hankins, Schaible & Moughan. While there, Ed handled an extensive civil litigation and criminal law caseload concentrating in insurance fraud, civil RICO, insurer bad faith, insurance coverage issues and criminal defense.

Ed joined the law offices of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC in July 2003. Ed continues to concentrate his practice in the areas of insurance fraud, insurer bad faith and insurance coverage issues. He also continues to represent clients in civil RICO actions. Ed also aggressively and successfully represents numerous clients in criminal matters and as plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Ed is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute where he served as Co-Chair of the Committee on Judicial Relations. In 2008, he was also named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®[i].  Ed is actively involved in several fraternal legal societies including the Brehon Society, the John Peter Zenger Law Society and the Justinian Society.
