Daniel Martin is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he is a member of the workers’ compensation department. He focuses his practice on the defense of employers and insurance companies in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Denise M. Bowman of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and practiced municipal law at a private law firm.
In 2022, Dan received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. While there, he held the position of Pennsylvania Law & Symposium Editor on the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
In 2018, Dan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a Minor in Philosophy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In his free time, you can find Dan golfing, hiking, or playing with his dog Max.
