Job Summary Litigation Attorney – Philadelphia, PA

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC’s workers’ compensation department is seeking an attorney with 0 to 3 years of litigation experience to join an exciting and rapidly-expanding practice group. No workers’ compensation experience is necessary. The ideal candidate would be admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

All of the firm’s offices are open and fully functional. However, we are currently allowing employees to choose whether they work from the office or home.  Once the firm returns to the office (June 2022), hybrid work from home options will remain available for the foreseeable future.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

·         0-3 years of litigation experience

·         JD from an accredited Law School

·         Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
