Job Summary Full Time Litigation Attorney – Marlton, NJ

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-sized insurance defense firm, is seeking an attorney with three or more years of civil litigation experience, specifically in the defense of third-party automobile matters, to join its Marlton, New Jersey office.

The ideal candidate will have experience with New Jersey no-fault and insurance law, civil discovery practice, and courtroom appearances. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates should be prepared to submit writing samples demonstrating strong analytical and legal writing skills.

The firm operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing attorneys to work remotely for a portion of the workweek. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice in New Jersey

• Three or more years of civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on defending third-party automobile matters

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$120,000.00, commensurate with experience.
