Job Summary Litigation Attorney – New York, NY

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-size insurance-defense firm, is seeking an attorney with five years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling the defense of third-party auto matters, to join our New York City office. An ideal candidate will be experienced with New York no-fault law and insurance laws, have experience in civil discovery litigation, and have courtroom experience. Trial experience is preferred. An ideal candidate will be able to submit writing samples exemplifying strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• JD from an accredited Law School;

• Admitted to practice in NY (NJ and CT are a plus but not required);

• At least five years of civil litigation experience specifically handling the defense third-party auto matters.
