Job Summary Litigation Attorney – Livingston, NJ

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney in its Livingston, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 2-6+ years of defense litigation experience, including auto and premises liability. Candidates must also have a JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice in NJ.

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

·         JD from an accredited Law School

·         Admitted to practice in NJ;

·         At least 2-6 years of experience handling cases from inception to jury verdict in civil litigation and insurance defense.
