Job Summary Litigation Attorney - Red Bank, NJ

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience in general commercial litigation, including the defense of personal injury and premises liability matters, to join our Red Bank, New Jersey office. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to the New York Bar is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with demonstrated experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include:

·        Analyzing cases and preparing client reports

·        Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

·        Managing written discovery

·        Taking and defending depositions

·        Appearing in court and handling motion practice

·        Maintaining direct client contact and providing strategic case guidance

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

·        JD from an accredited Law School

·        Admitted to practice in NJ,  Admission to the NY bar a plus

The salary range for this position is $110k+, commensurate with experience.

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
