Job Summary Litigation Attorney (First Party Property) – Blue Bell, PA

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an attorney with 3-7 years of civil litigation, defense experience to work out of its Blue Bell, PA office. The ideal candidate must have excellent writing and research skills. They should be able to draft pleadings, answer written discovery, prepare motions, take depositions and participate in arbitrations/trials.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

·          JD from an accredited Law School

-          Law review experience

·          Admitted to practice in PA, Admission to the NJ bar a plus

·         Experience with drafting coverage opinions and/or experience with first party property-related bad faith cases a plus  

The firm is entirely remote until at least April 2022. Once the firm returns to the office, hybrid work from home options will be available.
