Job Summary Litigation Attorney (Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith) – Philadelphia, PA

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an attorney for its Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team. The candidate must have at least 5+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.  Experience must include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participation in arbitrations/trials.   

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

·         JD from an accredited Law School

·         Admitted to practice in PA,  Admission to the NJ bar a plus

·         Experience with drafting coverage opinions involving first party breach of contract and/or third party liability claims and related bad faith issues

The firm is entirely remote until at least April 2022. Once the firm returns to the office, hybrid work from home options will be available.
