Job Summary Full Time Litigation Attorney (Insurance Coverage) – Philadelphia, PA

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC has an immediate need in its Philadelphia office for an attorney with 5+ years experience handling insurance coverage matters. The ideal candidate will have experience defending insurance companies in first-party lawsuits, analyzing insurance coverage (including commercial and homeowners’ policies), taking depositions, handling arbitrations and/or trials, counseling clients and/or experience in insurance litigation. The candidate must have strong research and writing skills.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

·         JD from an accredited Law School

·         Admitted to practice in PA; Admitted in NJ a plus

·         Experience analyzing insurance coverage and/or experience in insurance litigation

·         Strong research and writing skills

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
