Job Summary Full Time Paralegal/Legal Assistant - New York, NY

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our New York office. This hybrid role is ideal for a candidate with strong New York No-Fault experience who enjoys both substantive paralegal work and administrative support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

The firm operates under a hybrid work schedule, providing employees with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the workweek. Specific scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

·        Prior New York No-Fault experience required

·        Third-Party bodily injury litigation experience preferred

·        Strong calendaring and scheduling skills

·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume practice

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

·        Professional, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.44 to $31.25, with placement within the range determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications.
