Job Summary Full Time Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Marlton, NJ

   

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is looking for a legal assistant/paralegal with 3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience in its Marlton, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have experience with both NJ and PA law and electronic filing procedures.

This role will cover legal assistant duties within insurance defense matters including digital dictation but will also handle paralegal duties regarding records requests and follow-up for cases.

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

·         3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience

·         Excellent organizational and time management, research and analytical skills

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;

·         Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage a large case load

·         Ability to work independently;

·         Strong computer skills

·         Must be a team player

·         Document management software experience is a plus

·         Experience using digital dictation is a plus
