Job Summary Full Time Legal Assistant – Blue Bell, PA
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant with 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience within a litigation defense practice. Specific experience with first-party from a defense aspect is strongly preferred.

The firm currently operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to work remotely for a portion of the workweek. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications and Skills
· 3+ years of experience within a litigation defense practice
· Experience with first-party litigation from a defense aspect
· Proficient in preparing and filing legal documents in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania
· Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills
· Ability to work independently and be a multi-tasker, as this is a busy position
· Experience with Expert Case or similar case management software is a plus
