Job Summary Full-Time Floating Legal Assistant
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an experienced Floating Legal Assistant. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional who enjoys variety, adapts easily to different workflows, and thrives in a fast paced litigation environment. The Floating Legal Assistant will provide coverage across practice groups, assist with workload fluctuations, and ensure consistent administrative support firmwide.

The firm currently operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to work remotely for a portion of the workweek. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3+ years of insurance defense experience
• Proficiency with PA and NJ court e filing systems, including county courts
• Strong organizational, time management, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to different attorney working styles
• Experience assisting with dictation overflow as needed
• Strong computer skills; case management software experience a plus
• Team oriented, flexible, and professional demeanor
