Job Summary Billing Coordinator - Philadelphia, PA
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Billing Coordinator in our Philadelphia office. The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Handling all aspects of electronic billing
· Entering data
· Editing pre-bills/pro formas
· Submitting invoices
· Modifying/updating budgets
· Extensive written and oral communication
· Working to resolve complex billing issues
· Following up both internally and externally on outstanding issues
· Ability to adapt to changing policies and billing procedures
· Assist the Controller with a variety of other accounting tasks, including managing various tasks related to Accounts Receivable.

Most of this position relies upon problem solving, communication, self-learning and the ability to follow procedures working within a variety of software systems.
