David brings more than 30 years of experience representing insurers in complex litigation, coverage disputes, regulatory matters, and fraud investigations. Throughout his career, he has achieved significant results for clients, including serving as lead New Jersey counsel in litigation arising from Superstorm Sandy and securing numerous favorable trial verdicts and dispositive rulings in high-exposure matters.
