BBS Member Nicholas Cummins Presenting at Upcoming PADC Webinar

BBS Member Nicholas Cummins will be presenting at the Philadelphia Association of Defense Council’s upcoming CLE webinar, “General Releases and Appellate Considerations for the Trial Lawyer,” on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 12:30–1:30 p.m.

Nick will be joined by Matthew D. Vodzak, Esquire, of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty Spaulding, for a practical discussion of important considerations for trial lawyers. The program will be moderated by Kent Butensky, Esquire, who also serves as Vice President of Operations for PADC.

Topics will include:

-General Releases and Joint Tortfeasor Releases
-Key language and considerations when resolving claims through a release
-Preserving issues for appeal
-Post-trial motion practice
-Recent appellate decisions and their impact on trial practice
