Til Dallavalle, a member in our Shrewsbury office, is an experienced trial lawyer focused on the defense of complex tort litigation, including premises liability. He has handled cases throughout New Jersey state courts, all five boroughs of New York, and the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey. His practice also includes insurance defense, commercial and contractual matters, complex auto and property insurance claims, medical malpractice, and general commercial liability.
Licensed in New Jersey and New York, Til represents a diverse range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to international corporations and major insurance carriers. He also advises clients on insurance policy development and provides Will, Advance Directive, and guardianship services.
Til has successfully obtained a defense verdict in a federal jury trial for a large commercial retailer, secured summary judgment in federal court that eliminated hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential exposure, and resolved hundreds of personal injury claims on behalf of businesses and insurers. He is also a featured presenter on e-discovery and guardianship issues.
Til has presented on e-discovery for the Hunterdon County Bar Association, guardianship issues at Raritan Bay Medical Center, and the Decision Point Review Plan for Coach USA.
A longtime Jersey Shore resident, Til enjoys sailing and is a member of the Shrewsbury Sailing and Yacht Club in Oceanport, NJ. He is also an avid football and college basketball fan and has attended the Haskell Invitational Race at Monmouth Park for more than 20 years, including American Pharoah’s 2015 victory.
