Nick Stolte joined Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC in July of 2026. Born and raised in New Jersey, he graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 2019 where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. Nick obtained his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2022, where he was class President as well as a recipient of the Temple Law Faculty Scholarship.
Throughout college and law school Nick worked at a New Jersey personal injury firm where he gained an understanding of personal injury cases from the plaintiff side. He continued his legal career at another personal injury firm where he represented plaintiffs in every aspect of litigation, including trials. Nick transitioned to defending personal injury cases at a civil litigation firm before joining BBS. Nick perspective as a plaintiff’s attorney has offered invaluable insight into defending cases.
