Nayeem Ahmed is an associate in the New York office of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC. His practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense, including matters arising under New York’s no-fault insurance framework. He represents insurance carriers in disputes involving claims for no-fault benefits and related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Nayeem practiced at firms focusing on real estate and employment law matters. Through this work, he gained experience handling a variety of legal matters involving litigation, regulatory issues, and client advisory work.
Nayeem received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
Outside of his legal practice, Nayeem enjoys watching films—particularly the work of director Christopher Nolan—playing basketball, and spending time with cats.
