Olutola Adelugba, known by her colleagues as "Joyce," is an Associate in the Philadelphia office. In 2023, she earned the prestigious title of Rising Star from Super Lawyers, a testament to her remarkable legal acumen that shines across diverse litigation realms, including commercial disputes, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, product and premises liability, and general liability cases.

Joyce's journey traces back to the vibrant Bronx, New York. She proudly graduated from the University of Virginia, holding dual majors in English and History. Her exceptional leadership qualities came to the forefront through her dedicated involvement in community-oriented engagements. A prominent figure in the student community and Greek life, Joyce authored the judiciary committee by-laws for the Black Fraternal Council and served as the President of the National Pan Hellenic Council. Her remarkable contributions were recognized in 2007 when she received the award for Outstanding Contribution to the University Community.

Joyce’s educational journey continued at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where her natural aptitude for negotiation propelled her to excel on the Negotiation Competition team, achieving a remarkable top-four national ranking at the 2011 ABA competition. She continued to demonstrate her leadership capabilities by serving on executive boards for the Black Law Student Association, Public Interest Law Society, and American Society for International Law.

Joyce's deep-rooted commitment to the legal community extends to active participation in numerous local bar associations. She plays pivotal roles on the executive boards of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and Philadelphia’s National Bar Association- Women’s Law Division.

With a distinctive blend of litigation expertise, Joyce specializes in Automobile & Trucking law, Commercial Disputes, General Liability, Product Liability, and Professional Liability. Joyce is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania.

Beyond her legal career, Joyce finds fulfillment in her hobbies, which include fitness and travel.
