Ashleigh earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech in 2007, graduating cum laude. While at Virginia Tech, she was active in campus life, including serving as Vice President of her sorority, Delta Delta Delta, and participating on the crew team. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2014, where she served as an associate editor for the Journal of Catholic Social Thought, participated in several student organizations, and was a student ambassador. Her legal career began with nearly a decade at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, where she rose to Team Leader and was a core member of the Gun Violence Task Force. She’s tried over 50 jury trials and handled countless others to verdict. A dedicated member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Ashleigh served as President of the Young Lawyers Section (2018–2022) and has taught CLEs at the DCBA Bench Bar Conference. In 2023, she received the DCBA Illumination Award and the Nicholas D. Vadino, Jr. Memorial Award in recognition of her contributions to the legal community. Prior to joining Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, she was a Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Organized Crime Unit. Ashleigh is a member of the firm’s Automobile and Municipal Liability teams and focuses her practice in Pennsylvania. In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
