Part Time Office Assistant - New York, NY

We are seeking a part time Office Assistant in our New York City office located in Lower Manhattan. The hours for this position are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, up to two hours per day, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, operating copy/scan/printing equipment, posting/sorting/delivering mail, processing faxes, entering data into electronic systems, performing a variety of other clerical duties, and acting as file clerk for the offices legal files, both physical and electronic. Qualified candidates must be organized and detail oriented with excellent communication and computer skills. Previous office experience, ideally in a law firm, and/or being bilingual in Spanish are pluses but not required.
