Natalie joined Bennett, Bricklin and Saltzburg LLC in 2006, and is a senior litigator on the food liability, municipal liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle liability teams. She regularly tries complex matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, defending nationally known companies, including retail stores, restaurants, and food producers, against a variety of claims. Natalie has consistently had successful results at arbitrations, and jury and bench trials, in both state and federal courts.

Natalie graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. During her first year Natalie received UNC Law’s Gressman Pollitt award for outstanding oral advocacy and legal research. Natalie was also a member of the International Moot Court team, where she won the best oralist award in the Space Law National Competition. In her second year Natalie initiated and participated in an international clerkship at the Land Claims Court in Randburg, South Africa. In her third year she worked at the Wake County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting domestic violence cases.

After graduation, Natalie joined the Bronx County District Attorney's Office in New York as an assistant district attorney in the domestic violence, child abuse and sex crimes unit. While with the district attorney's office she prosecuted felony cases involving child endangerment, sexual abuse, rape and violent assaults. After leaving the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office Natalie worked in the New York City Police Department Internal Affairs Advocates Office. While there she successfully prosecuted all levels of alleged police misconduct.

Natalie regularly serves as an arbitrator in the arbitration program of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Natalie has also presented several continuing legal education seminars, including, Legislative Updates in Insurance Defense, and Successfully Arbitrating a Case in Philadelphia. She is currently licensed in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Natalie is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

Her hobbies include reading, spending time with her family and traveling.
