From I-95:

Take I-95 to Exit 17 (Central Philadelphia); this will lead you to 676 West.
Take 676 West for approximately 1½ mile to the Ben Franklin Parkway (Art Museum) Exit, get off at that exit.
At the top of the exit ramp, make a right hand turn onto 22nd Street and travel to the first traffic light.
At the first traffic light, make a right hand turn onto Ben Franklin Parkway and travel one block to the next traffic light, which is 21st Street.

At 21st Street, make a right hand turn. 21st Street is one way traveling South. You will continue on 21st Street for approximately 3 lights to Market Street.

When you get to 21st & Market Street, make a left hand turn at the traffic light onto Market Street.
1601 Market Street is five blocks East on your left at the corner of 16th & Market.

Parking:

Best parking is in the basement of the Liberty Place complex reached by making a right turn at 17th & Market and the first left into the garage, which is located as part of the entrance to the Westin Hotel on 17th Street.

From King of Prussia-City Line Avenue-Schuylkill Expressway:

Take I-76 east towards Philadelphia. As you approach Center City Philadelphia, you will see the center city skyline in front of you. Stay in the center lane or left lane of the expressway once you pass Girard Avenue.
Follow the signs for Exit 38, Central Philadelphia and Route 676 East. You can enter exit 38 from either the left or the center lane.
Approximately 0.2 miles after entering exit 38, you will find an exit ramp Ben Franklin Parkway. Exit to the right on that ramp.
As you come down the exit ramp, make a right turn at the bottom of the ramp onto 23rd Street
You will continue on 23rd Street to the first traffic light at Market Street.
When you get to 23rd & Market Street, make a left hand turn at the traffic light onto Market Street.
1601 Market Street is seven blocks East on your left at the corner of 16th & Market.
