Keith Felsenfeld is an associate at the firm’s New York office where his primary focus is on special investigations and fraud. Prior to joining the firm, Keith served as a senior associate at a Wall Street based law firm where he represented insurance carriers. He was the lead Attorney on all Nassau and Suffolk County Litigation and Arbitration. He successfully defended many cases in both Court and Arbitration. Keith also advised several pharmaceutical and entertainment companies on their trademark filings.
Keith earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York, during which time he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger Rosengarten in Supreme Court, Queens County. While at Touro, Keith also served as a Teacher’s Assistant where he mentored and tutored first year law students, interned for the Associate General Counsel of Intellectual Property at Nature’s Bounty Co. and assisted low income senior citizens with their legal needs.
Keith is a native of Queens, New York where he has always been active in his community. In college, he had the honor to intern for Assemblyman Rory Lancman and Assemblywoman Nettie Mayersohn. Most notably, he wrote an award winning paper on Assemblywoman Mayersohn’s signature legislation. Keith’s hobbies include playing sports, exploring New York City and traveling.
