Full Time Experienced Auto No Fault Paralegal - New York City, NY
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-size insurance defense firm, is seeking a paralegal with 3 to 5 years of experience with civil litigation in our New York, NY office. New York Automobile No Fault experience is required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree in another field with certificate in paralegal studies is strongly preferred
Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage a large case load
The ability to work independently
Strong computer skills
Must be a team player
Case management software experience is also a plus.
Major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, summarizing medical records and providing paralegal support through all phases of litigation, including drafting appropriate motions, written discovery, pleadings, etc.
