We have an immediate opening for a full time legal assistant/receptionist with 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience to work in our Marlton, NJ office. The successful candidate will have experience with both New Jersey and Pennsylvania law. The candidate will be responsible for answering and redirecting calls, greeting visitors, conference room reservations as well as other administrative tasks. The candidate will support assigned attorneys and will be required to perform attorney overflow work as needed.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
· 2+ years of insurance defense experience as a legal assistant
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to work independently
· Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
· Strong computer skills including proficiency in Outlook and word processing software
· Experience with NetDocs or similar case management software is a plus

This position is full time non-exempt (hourly), Monday through Friday 9-5, with a one hour paid lunch each work day.
