Accounts Payable Coordinator - Philadelphia, PA
We are seeking a full time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the firm’s accounting team in our Philadelphia office. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, developing accounts payable policies, including writing and implementing policies and procedures for accounts payable (A/P) functions, entering new vendor information and vendor address changes into the A/P system, handling and responding to daily A/P, matching expense reports to budgets and process reimbursements of expenses, and other accounting related duties. The position will also provide backup coverage for the part-time receptionist as needed, which is approximately 2 days per week.
