Full Time Administrative Coordinator - Philadelphia, PA
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-size insurance defense firm, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of office experience in its Philadelphia, PA office.
This position is responsible for handling a variety of general duties including managing the firm’s HRIS system, assisting with benefit enrollments, coordinating RFPs and marketing materials for potential clients, and other related administrative duties.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage a large and varied workload
The ability to work independently
Strong computer skills
