Full Time Administrative Assistant - Blue Bell, PA

We have an immediate opening for a full time administrative assistant with at least 1 year of office experience to work in our Blue Bell office.

Major responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include, but will not be limited to, providing support to the Administration Department performing a variety of functions on a daily and/or project assigned basis, performing tasks as requested by Administration, which may include, but are not limited to, data entry and research, acting as back-up receptionist, operating copy/scan/print equipment to produce work according to requestor’s instructions, replacing toner cartridges in printers/digital equipment/copiers/faxes as necessary, sorting and distributing mail, operating postage machine and other shipping equipment (i.e. UPS), processing incoming and outgoing faxes according to requestor’s specifications, and analyzing documents in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • 1+ years of office experience, which includes data entry and basic math
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 45-55 WPM
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Outlook and word processing software

This position is full time non-exempt (hourly), Monday through Friday, with a one hour paid lunch each work day.
