The Bennett, Bricklin &

led by member William Sylianteng,

on a case by case basis). This
group of experienced attorneys
believes that early and on-site
investigations lead to greater
subrogation recoveries and
assist our clients in avoiding
the common pitfalls to recovery
including spoliation of
evidence. Our attorneys believe
that our clients must be kept
informed and involved throughout
the investigation, negotiation,
and litigation stages of a
claim. It is our group’s belief
that subrogation recoveries are

its clients work hand-in-hand.
The team consists of William;
Kevin Blake, a veteran trial
lawyer with experience trying
numerous complex matters; David
Prewitt, who in addition to his
general subrogation experience
is a leader in the specialized
area of workmen’s compensation
subrogation; and John Freeman,
who comes to us after having
worked for several years in at a
national subrogation firm.
Collectively, the group handles
recovery and subrogation for all
lines of insurance. In addition,
the group defends various
insurers and their insureds on
property damage claims.
