Theresa Giamanco is an associate at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC and represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability and property damage cases.  Prior to joining the firm, Theresa clerked for the Honorable John T. Kelley, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County.  She is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Theresa received her law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where she was the recipient of a number of advocacy awards and served as a member of the International and Comparative Law Journal.  During law school, Theresa was a volunteer for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and interned at a Philadelphia-area civil litigation defense firm.  She graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette College with a double major in Government & Law and Philosophy.

In her free time, Theresa enjoys running, yoga and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys visiting the shore, especially Cape May.
