Originally from New York, Natalie received her undergraduate degree from the
State University of New York at Albany where she majored in American History.
Natalie received her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill in 2000. During her first year Natalie received UNC law’s
Gressman Pollitt award for outstanding oral advocacy and legal research. Natalie
was also a member of the International Moot Court team, where she won the best
oralist award in the Space Law National competition. In her second year Natalie
initiated and participated in an International Clerkship at the Land Claims
Court in Randburg, South Africa. In her third year she worked at the Wake County
District Attorney’s Office prosecuting domestic violence cases.
After graduation, Natalie joined the Bronx County District Attorneys Office
in New York as an assistant district attorney in the domestic violence, child
abuse and sex crimes unit. While with the District Attorneys Office she prosecuted
felony cases involving child endangerment, sexual abuse, rape and violent assaults.
Natalie was responsible for the cases from the initial interview, through motion
practice, pre-trial hearings, trial and sentencing. She also worked in the
pilot program of a new courtroom, the Integrated Domestic Violence part, which
dealt with the prosecution of domestic violence cases with adjoining family
court cases.
In July of 2004 Natalie left the Bronx District Attorneys Office to work in
the New York City Police Department Advocates Office. While there she prosecuted
all levels of police misconduct cases, which ranged from minor departmental
violations to cases arising from criminal felony charges.
Natalie joined Bennett, Bricklin and Saltzburg LLP in February of 2006. She
is currently licensed in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and admitted
to the Eastern District of PA. She practices in the area of insurance fraud,
products liability and bad faith..
Natalie’s hobbies include reading, international travel and shopping.
