Joshua Steinberg is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He graduated from James Madison University in 2004 with a B.A in English and a B.S. in Kinesiology. While at JMU, Josh was a player and manager for the Club Baseball team.
After JMU, Josh attended Temple University, Beasley School of Law, graduating with his J.D. in the Spring of 2008. At Temple, Josh was a staff writer, and later, Notes and Comments Editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology, & Environmental Law. His published case note entitled: The Bone-Chilling Effects of Global Warming and the EPA’s Cold-Shoulder Response to Pleas for Help, A Case Note on Massachusetts v. EPA can be found at 26 Temp. J. Sci. Tech. & Envtl. L. 169 (2007). During his second year at Temple he earned the Barrister’s Award for excellence in trial advocacy. Josh also worked as a law clerk at a small litigation firm in Philadelphia during law school.
Josh is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. When not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Adela, playing basketball, reading, and waiting for that next Philadelphia sports championship.
