Alicia S. Luke began working for
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg
LLC as a law clerk during her
second and third years of law
school before joining the firm
as a full time associate.
She
practices in the Philadelphia
office where she defends the
firm's clients in construction
and premises liability cases.
She is admitted to
practice in both Pennsylvania
and New Jersey as well as the
United States District Court for
the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania.
Alicia was born and raised in
Chester County before attending
Muhlenberg College in Allentown,
Pennsylvania. She was admitted
into Phi Beta Kappa in the
Spring of 2004 and graduated
magna cum laude in 2004 with a
double major in English and
Political Science.
After graduation, Alicia spent
four years working as an
adjuster for Liberty Mutual
Insurance Group before deciding
to pursue her legal education.
She attended The Temple
University James E. Beasley
School of Law and graduated
magna cum laude, receiving
her Juris Doctor in the Spring
of 2011.
While in law school, Alicia was
a staff editor and later an
executive board member of the
Journal of Technology, Science,
and Environmental Law. Her
comment, “Employment
Discrimination Litigation:
Social Science Evidence and a
Solution for the Problem of
Presumptions,” was selected for
publication in the Spring 2010
edition. This comment was
awarded The Honorable Dolores K.
Sloviter Award at graduation,
which recognizes the best paper
in the field of federal
jurisdiction or federal
administration. She was
selected for both the
Barrister’s Award and the
Outstanding Oral Advocate
designation for her trial
advocacy class performance, and
also received several
Distinguished Class
Participation designations
throughout law school.
In her free time, Alicia likes
to travel, read, watch the
Phillies, and spend time with
her husband and dog.
