Anastasia is
an associate on the firm's special
investigation and fraud team and represents
clients in defense of personal injury
claims. Her initial litigation experience
was gained as an Assistant District Attorney
in the Bucks County District Attorney’s
Office prosecuting a variety of felony and
misdemeanor cases, including child abuse,
child pornography, rape, drug trafficking,
arson and homicide by vehicle. As a
prosecutor, Anastasia tried numerous bench
and jury trials to verdict with a 100% jury
conviction rate and continues to try civil
cases to this day. Anastasia continues to
use the investigative skills gained as a
prosecutor in defending personal injury
claims.
After four
years in that position, she moved to a
Chester County firm where she worked for
three years handling complex civil
litigation primarily arising from
commercial, construction, contract, property
and land use disputes.
Anastasia
obtained her B.A. from Villanova University
in 1998 where she earned Dean’s List
distinction and volunteered for Habitat for
Humanity. She obtained her J.D. in 2001
from Widener University School of Law, where
she was awarded the Certificate of
Achievement in Legal Methods/Analysis and
Writing and was an active member of the Moot
Court and Moe Levine Trial and Appellate
Advocacy Honor Societies.
Anastasia
speaks fluent Greek and enjoys athletics and
world travel.
