Ericka Esposito is an associate at the firm's Blue Bell office on the automobile liability team. She began her career at Bennett, Bricklin, & Saltzburg, LLC as a summer associate in 2017.
Ericka earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she was an associate editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, a co-chair of the National Trial Team, a judicial intern to the Honorable Denis P. Cohen, Justice of Phi Alpha Delta's law fraternity, and the head coach for Phi Alpha Delta's mock trial competition team. She also received the 2017-2018 Spirit Award for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and assisted her Legal Writing Professor, Mitchell J. Nathanson, with research pertaining to sports and employment law issues. Those included the application of § 2855 of the California Labor Code to Mike Trout’s contract with the Los Angeles Angels, Major League Baseball’s anti-collusion provision, and the collective bargaining salary arbitration process.
Ericka earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society and minored in Political Science at DeSales University. During her time at DeSales, she pitched for the school’s softball team, was a peer mentor to incoming students, served as a Resident Advisor for upper classmen and competed on the school’s mock trial team.
In her “free” time, Ericka enjoys running, practicing hot yoga, participating in anything that involves competition, playing for the firm’s softball and basketball teams, spending time with family and friends, and fearlessly cheering on the New York Yankees (even while living in the suburbs of Philadelphia). She also has her Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
