Director of Administration

We are currently seeking a Director of Administration. The Director of Administration will be responsible for overseeing all business/administrative operations of the firm and creating and administering policy. The Controller, HR Director, and Billing and Collections Manager report directly to the Director of Administration. In addition, the Director of Administration will have direct responsibilities for facilities and vendors, including the outsourced IT and mail room providers, and managing the firm’s real estate and insurance needs. The Director also will develop and monitor the firm’s expense budget and internal metrics.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business/administrative operations in a law firm. The candidate should have a strong background in management. Specific experience in IT or financial management are pluses.
